Patent Agent, Intellectual Property Professional, Mediator of the Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation Committee of the China Patent Protection Association, and Executive Vice Chairman of the Inner Mongolia Trademark and Brand Association. Fully responsible for all intellectual property-related affairs of Erdos Group, assisting the enterprise in obtaining a large number of important domestic and foreign intellectual property rights. Leads the team in proactive monitoring and active rights protection, handling a large number of trademark opposition, invalidation declaration, domain name dispute and other cases, and deploying a significant number of intellectual property protection cases combining administrative enforcement with criminal justice, as well as civil litigation cases.
Has successfully secured cross-class protection for the enterprise's trademarks as well-known trademarks on multiple occasions, and the administrative litigation cases he led have been selected as one of the Beijing High Court's annual top ten typical cases for judicial protection in trademark authorization and confirmation. Established the enterprise's intellectual property compliance management system, effectively preventing enterprise intellectual property risks. During his tenure, he led the team in guiding 2 member enterprises of the group to be recognized as national-level intellectual property advantage enterprises, and 3 member enterprises as provincial-level intellectual property advantage enterprises, and guided 8 member enterprises of the group to pass the GB/T29490-2013 national standard certification for the "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Specification." Took the lead in establishing public service platforms such as the "Inner Mongolia (China) Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance Sub-Center" and the "Inner Mongolia Cashmere Industry Intellectual Property Operation Center," actively contributing to the development and protection of intellectual property in the region.
